A weekend of movement, breath and shared practice — designed to take you deeper, layer by layer.

Join us for a three-workshop journey with Alex Perez that explores yoga through three complementary dimensions : grounding and stability, strength and deep flexibility, and the playful challenge of going upside down. Each session is thoughtfully sequenced to build on the last, guiding you progressively through the body and the practice. We close the weekend with Alex's unique Kirtan circle — an invitation to slow down, open up, and reconnect to yourself and to others.

A weekend that meets you where you are, and takes you further.

Each workshop can also be attended individually — join for one, two, or the full weekend.

GRAVITY
GRACE YOGA MASTERCLASS

Gravity begins where all good practice does — on the ground.
A grounding vinyasa exploration structured along the body's myofascial lines, Gravity moves through the superficial front and back lines with intention and creativity. More than a physical practice, it deepens your understanding of both the Āsanas and the Darśana — the postures and the philosophy that gives them meaning.

Expect a challenging, rigorous flow that leads you into unfamiliar shapes along the sagittal plane. Shapes that are new, yet feel surprisingly like home.

Radiance goes further.
Rooted in the intelligence of the deep front line and lateral lines, this class explores the body's full potential — where strength and deep flexibility stop being opposites and become one. Through Alex's Grace Yoga sequencing, complex and advanced postures are approached with both precision and creativity, allowing depth to emerge safely and progressively.

This is not about pushing harder. It's about going deeper — with awareness, with intention, and with the body fully on board.

THE INITIATION
HANDSTAND EXPLORATION

The Initiation starts with a simple invitation : turn the world upside down.

Getting inverted is as much a mental challenge as a physical one. This introduction to handstand is designed to build what you actually need — body awareness, arm support, core engagement, and the quiet courage to let go of what's keeping you upright. Through wall work and partner practice, the foundations come together in a way that feels both playful and real. No pressure. Just the right tools, the right progressions, and a lot of fun along the way.

We close the weekend together with Alex's Kirtan circle — a moment to breathe, reconnect, and land.

Alex Perez brings something rare to the mat — the precision of a licensed medical doctor and the heart of a dedicated practitioner.

His teaching is rooted in deep anatomical understanding, and shaped by years of exploring how movement, breath and philosophy interweave.
