CONOR BYRNES
grounding, fire,
& the open heart
04—06.12.26
warmth for the darkest weeks.
Three sessions. Three days. One arc running through all of them — arrive and settle, build heat deliberately, then open the heart in the season that asks us to close it.
Conor Byrnes brings Jivamukti to kā studio for the first weekend of December: breathwork, asana, meditation, chanting and hands-on adjustments, held together by a philosophical thread. A practice that asks for precision and gives back warmth.
Come for one session or stay for all three.
Either way, you'll carry something into the rest of the winter.

Conor's passion for yoga began at eighteen and has been central to his life ever since. Guided by his teachers, he came to asana and meditation as ways of cultivating compassion and intuition through the body.
He studied with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, and since 2021, as an advanced certified teacher, has shared the practice with an international community.
