WELCOME TO OUR FIRST KĀ KIDS CAMP!
Calling all kids ages 5–10 years for a fun and energizing adventure focused on movement, balance, and wellbeing! Our half-day camp blends the gentle strength of yoga, the playful flow of pilates, and uplifting wellbeing practices designed especially for young minds and bodies.
Through creative movement, breath-awareness games, and positive mindset activities, children will:
Explore yoga poses that boost confidence and calmness / Build strength and coordination with kid-friendly pilates / Learn simple wellbeing techniques to manage emotions and feel great / Enjoy soubd healing to release tensions and calm the body and mind / Have fun with interactive group games and creative activities
Healthy snacks will be provided.
This camp is all about helping children feel strong, focused, and joyful in a supportive, playful environment. No experience needed — just curiosity and a smile!
DAILY PROGRAM
8:30 — drop-off & welcome circle
Children arrive and settle into the space with a warm welcome circle. This gentle morning routine is an introduction to the day’s theme to help everyone feel safe, present, and ready to begin.
9:00–10:30 — pilates or yoga workshop
A playful and diversified movement session designed especially for children. Through creative sequences, games, partner work, and relaxation moments, participants explore body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, and mindfulness. Each class integrates breathwork and calming techniques to support focus, confidence, and emotional regulation.
10:30 — healthy snack break
A mindful snack pause to nourish the body and recharge energy.
11:00-12:30 — creative mindfulness workshop
An engaging and sensory-based creative session where children explore mindfulness through sound, art, movement, and imaginative play.
12:30 — pick-up
CHRISTINE
Christine Cattaneo is a certified kids’ yoga teacher and certified sound healer dedicated to nurturing children’s emotional well-being through the transformative power of mindful movement and therapeutic sound. With a heart-centered and playful approach, she creates engaging experiences that help children build confidence, self-awareness, and inner calm.
By blending imaginative yoga sequences with soothing sound healing instruments such as singing bowls, chimes, and gentle rhythm, Christine offers children a safe and supportive space to regulate their emotions, release stress, and reconnect with their natural joy.
THE FACILITATORS
MELINA
Mélina de Lamarlière has been teaching movement to children since 2016. She first shared her passion through dance, offering introductory classes starting at age 5, as well as contemporary dance technique classes for older students.
Since 2024, Mélina has been certified in the Petit Pilates method, which she shares through camps and workshops dedicated to children. This approach allows her to guide young participants in a deeper exploration of anatomy and how the body functions, supporting balanced and harmonious development.
