From there, you’ll be guided through a rebirthing breathwork session: a deep, rhythmic breathing technique that helps access the subconscious, release stored emotions, and create space for healing and renewal.

This isn’t a relaxation class — it’s a powerful practice of transformation. Supported by music and sound healing, the breath becomes a bridge between body and spirit, quieting the mind and reconnecting you to your deepest self.
