MOVEMENT AS AWARENESS — ENERGY IN MOTION

friday april 24 - sunday april 26

Klara Puski

A weekend to move with intention, to explore presence, and to embody the dance between strength and surrender. Guided by Klara, these sessions weave together dynamic vinyasa, conscious transitions, and deep listening — practices that expand awareness while rooting you into the body.

Across two days, you’ll step into soulful flows, devotional rituals, and playful explorations that challenge and inspire. Each practice opens a new doorway: grounding into sacred motion, awakening the rhythm of the Sun Salutation, and testing balance with lightness and trust. Together they form a journey into awareness in motion — energizing, liberating, and deeply alive.

Whether you join one workshop or immerse yourself in the full weekend, you’ll find a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

SACRED MOTION PRACTICE
Friday, April 24
18:00 - 20:00

Not just a class, but an entry into presence. This two-hour practice unfolds as a soulful vinyasa flow — weaving breath, movement and stillness into a living meditation. Expect intelligently crafted sequences, creative transitions, and somatic depth that awaken both strength and subtle energy. An invitation to move, to listen, to sweat, to soften — and a beautiful way to meet Klara, whose guidance is rooted in intention, intuition and deep listening. All levels welcome.

SUN SALUTATIONS — A MOVING PRAYER
Saturday, April 25
10:00 - 12:00
More than a warm-up, the Sun Salutation (Sūrya Namaskār) is a ritual, a heartbeat, a moving prayer. In this workshop we’ll slow down to explore its architecture — physical, energetic, and symbolic. Through mindful repetition and refinement, you’ll experience how prāṇa and apāna, the upward and downward currents of energy, flow together in every rise and bow. We’ll work through variations, alignment, and transitions, so the sequence becomes both sustainable and sacred — a daily ritual of devotion and presence.

GRACE & GRAVITY — ARM BALANCE WORKSHOP
Sunday, April 26
10:00 - 12:00
Arm balances are not just about strength — they’re about trust, alignment, and direction of energy. This workshop breaks down foundational shapes like Bakasana, Eka Pada Koundinyasana, and Bhujapidasana, exploring how to rise with lightness while staying rooted. Through bandha awareness, mindful activation of the hands, and engagement of opposing energy flows, you’ll learn to lift from the inside out. Expect a playful, supportive space to fall, fly, and try again — building both the physical tools and the mindset to approach these poses with curiosity and courage.
