THE KŌSHA RETREAT

A 3 FULL DAYS URBAN RETREAT WITH KLARA PUSKI

SEPTEMBER 18 —— 20, 2026
GENEVA, SWITZERLAND

THE LAYERS WITHIN

There is a moment, every autumn, when the light changes its mind. It softens. It lingers a little longer before leaving. And something in the body recognizes it — a quiet pull inward, an invitation to stop reaching outward for a while and turn toward what's underneath.

kōsha was built for that moment.

Not a retreat that asks you to fly somewhere far, to leave your life behind to find yourself. A retreat that meets you exactly where you are — and asks you to go deeper instead of further. Three days held by international guest teacher Klara Puski, moving through the body's hidden layers one at a time. Sauna. Cold plunge. A hike into the hills above the city. Food that holds you. Silence that says enough.

This is not about doing more. It's about uncovering what was always there.

KŌSHA — THE ART OF DEPTH

In yoga philosophy, the koshas are the layers of the body — physical, energetic, mental — wrapped one around the other like petals, each one asking to be met gently before the next will open.

We move through them slowly, over three full days. Hips first, where the world quietly stores what we don't have time to feel. Then inversions, where the mind learns to trust something other than control. Then backbends, where the spine remembers it was built to open, not just to hold us upright.

By staying present for the full three days, the layers unfold naturally, one into the next.

This is your invitation to descend — into the body, into the breath, into whatever the season is asking of you.

KLARA PUSKI

Klara's journey into movement began with classical ballet, then a career as a professional dancer. In 2013, she discovered Jivamukti Yoga — a practice that reshaped her relationship to body and spirit entirely.

In 2014, she completed her teacher training in New York with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, mentored by Giselle Mari. Now based in Paris, Klara teaches with a rare integration of flow, alignment, and depth — the kind of presence that makes a room go quiet, and a practice that asks you to stay a little longer in the places you'd usually rush past.

THE VENUE
kā studio

During the retreat, kā studio becomes something other than a studio. The light through the windows, the warmth of the wood, the quiet hum of a space built for movement and recovery — sauna, cold plunge, a kitchen built to nourish rather than simply feed.

A retreat doesn't have to mean distance. Easily reached from Geneva's airport and train station, kā studio welcomes those arriving from elsewhere and those who never have to leave the city at all — the depth is the same, wherever you're coming from.

A rhythm built to descend, ground, and open.

Each morning begins with a dynamic practice inspired by the day's theme.

The afternoons slow down — restorative movement, meditation, journaling,
and sharing circles to integrate what the morning opened.

THE NOURISHMENT
kā kitchen

Lunches are healthy, nourishing, and built to fuel three days of movement without weighing you down. Fresh, seasonal, intentional — vegetarian plates designed to support the work of the morning and carry you gently into the afternoon's slower rhythm.

Each day also comes with a boost of protein — a protein shake of your choice, to replenish what the practice asks of you.

Think vibrant, colourful, grounding: food that feels like care rather than restriction. The kind of meal that lets you stay present at the table, the way you've stayed present on the mat.
