After a powerful first season, the sculpt returns to kā studio — sharper, stronger, and more intentional.

Led by Lou Lefebvre, strength coach with over 15 years of experience, this second season pushes heavy-weight training further while staying grounded in precision and control. Expect a structured, progressive approach designed to sculpt the body, build real strength, and cultivate confidence — the kind that comes from feeling capable, aligned, and powerful in your own body.

EPISODE 1
FULL BODY WORKOUT
To kick off the year, this class offers a complete full-body workout. Using heavy weights, it’s ideal for getting back into training in January, rebuilding momentum, activating every muscle group, and laying strong foundations through a balanced, holistic approach.


EPISODE 2
LEG DAY
A must-have in strength training. This session focuses on the lower body, targeting legs and glutes through heavy-weight exercises. Intensity, stability, and power are at the core of this essential workout for consistent progress.


EPISODE 3

SCULPTED ARMS
A class focused on the upper body, with particular attention to the arms. Through precise and intense work with heavy weights, this session aims to build strength, tone, and muscle definition while strengthening the entire upper body.


EPISODE 4

GLUTES AND HAMSTRINGS
To conclude Season 2, the focus is on the back of the body. Glutes and hamstrings are challenged through demanding movements with heavy weights. A powerful session to strengthen, sculpt, and stabilize the lower body while improving posture and performance.
