    Valeria Sassoon brings a grounded and multidimensional approach to the mat.

    Trained in New York and rooted in the Dharma Mittra lineage, her classes blend breathwork, dynamic asana, and deep release — guiding students toward clarity, strength, and stillness.

    As a certified health and nutrition coach, she expands the practice beyond movement, offering a holistic path that nourishes body and mind, inside and out.

  • CHARLOTTE CATTANEO

    Charlotte Cattaneo teaches from the body — and from the heart. Co-founder of kā studio, she brings a quiet intensity to her classes, where strength meets softness, and movement becomes a form of presence.

    Trained in Vinyasa with Klara Puski in Paris, her practice is rooted in daily exploration and shaped by global retreats. Charlotte’s teaching invites you to move with clarity, breathe with intention, and land fully in yourself.

  • PRIMAL MOVES IBIZA

    Created in Ibiza, Primal Moves is a signature method inspired by quadrupedal movement — think agility, coordination, and strength born from the ground up.

    The practice blends stability, mobility and dynamic strength through four-point locomotion, animal-like transitions, and low, fluid patterns that challenge the whole system.
    It builds muscle tone, sharpens coordination, and reconnects you to instinctive movement — the kind the modern body often forgets.
